Washington DC's low murder rate of 69 per 100,000 is due to strict gun control, and Indianapolis' high murder rate of 9 per 100,000 is due to the lack of gun control.

That sounds contradictory, 69 is low and 9 is high?

Yes. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. Here's another one or two:

The more helpless you are the safer you are from criminals.

A woman raped and strangled is morally superior to a woman with a smoking gun and a dead rapist at her feet.

I'm just pointing out some of the ironies and inconsistencies (spel??) within the pro-gun-control lobby.

You got a point there, if we should be reducing the population.

I remember the introduction of the 'Tazar gun'.
A non-lethal defence instrument, designed to
stun a would-be attacker and allow escape.

Funny, they kept finding these people on the
pavement twitching with their wallets missing...

Yet in Canada, with strict gun laws, we have way less murders then in the United States, and most of our murderers are Americans crossing the border with their guns...

Most of our murderers are Americans crossing the border? That's the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard.

In Toronto, in 2005, there have been 31 gun homicides thus far and none of them have been Americans visiting for a shooting spree.

Do you ever back your claims up with facts?

They were using guns smuggled from the "gun free" US of A, so IMHO, that makes them Americans. America is a terrorist state to any logical Canadian, arming our dangerous criminals with their "gun freedom". That's terrorism, and America should be punished for it.

How would you like to see them punished?

So these "American murderers" are now Canadians using illegal handguns brought in from the states? That makes perfect sense. 🙄

Again, do you have any FACTS to back up your statement that the firearms used in the majority of Canadian homicides are purchased illegally from government arms-dealers? And how would you like to see those SOBs punished?

America should be invaded and destroyed immediately for sponsoring terrorism, that's Bush's own words, and that is just punishment...

And BTW, there's strong evidence those assault rifles come from the USA, you can't even buy them in Canada unless you work for the military. It's become such a problem in Toronto, that the mayor is meeting the US ambassador to Canada over it, but I doubt that will solve anything, that Republican hick from Carolina that Bush hired doesn't even know the capital of Canada...
