I'm sorry, but I think all of these are pussies compared to Great Cthulhu (Doctor Manhattan is so remote he barely even qualifies as a character anyway, any more than a lightmote) - anything that can take the Titanic in the face as little more than a minor inconvenience and frighten men to death with one look has to qualify pretty high on anyone's list.
