means that people making 100k a year aren't in the millionaire and billionaire bracket so they don't get help from the whores in congress . And they are not in the "desperate 40 million" you lie about wanting to help.
They however also need help. Maybe it's in the form of help paying student debt loans. Maybe it's in the form of healthcare that could still bankrupt them otherwise or would give them the safety net to look for a better job or start a business. Maybe it's in the form of federally funded public schools instead of the insane idea of local property taxes. Maybe it's in the thousand different social programs that are boosting prosperity in all other countries that are smart enough to understand what Marxism really means.
