Republicans like to blame Biden because it absolves them of blame. But we have undoubtedly entered a new era of mass migration. It will persist. The labor market is a problem because we in the US already are aging. Legal pathways are limited, confusing, and clogged. It takes years. So they enter illegally or get temp visa and overstay illegally.
MAGA Republicans say they have solutions. They don't do anything. They say they want immigrants choosing legal pathways but then they oppose any proposal to reform these defunct pathways. They also oppose worker verification systems like everify that ensure our workforce has paperwork.
MAGA Republicans aren't interested in actual solutions that work. They're either too lazy or too dumb to enact change. They only obstruct and point fingers.
