When the house called for impeachment of Bill Clinton, you could say the same thing. The dems held that firewall in the Senate (2/3's majority) and the repubs were wasting their time.

I'd like to see the DoJ hold her feet to the fire. It's a constitutional conundrum. I don't believe Nancy Pelosi has the right to withhold the articles from the Senate.
