I presume you are talking about the exercise bench press?

It's not an exercise suitable for fight training or functional strength abilities.
The problem being, it actually slows down punch speed and it's also not a pushing accurate. Imagine your back to the wall and pushing.
Rarely happens. Most pushing is done without your back against a wall.

You'll notice figh ...[text shortened]... l working out?
Last I heard you were still over 200 pounds.
Not a good look for a woman who is 5'3
No, I'm talking about you.

It was like 44k on inauguration day, pretty pitiful growth this year overall.

Just my opinion here:

The rise in gold v. a good economy is because people are buying lots of gold because they think the markets
are overpriced and will crash sometime in the near future.

So do I, btw
But of course when the economy takes a real dump, NOBODY will even THINK of blaming Trump, now would they?
Does anyone here think the economy can grow much with the tariff wars going on? Besides a lot of other political bullet points.

Nobody should take blame for as market correction. People overpay for stocks for years and then, eventually,
the economy semi-crashes (my term) to bring the price to earnings back down.

Dump your stocks, Buy some gold

Right. So tariff's have no effect on the economy. Got it.
There are some dudes from the 1930's who would differ with you.

What do you think of investing in critical-metals futures?

I think Trump would be the first not to blame himself.

Maybe our economy won't grow, but others will.

I'm against people pretending to be what they're not.

What 'others' will? This is a good thing?

Great ideas! (seriously, but here comes the other boot)

When all the AI data centers really start overheating the planet, those who can still afford food might have it arrive pre-cooked. 😉

What others? I'm no expert, but I would think all the countries who decided to increase trade with each other after they stop bothering to trade with Trump's America.

Is it a good thing? For the USA, maybe not so much, but why begrudge other countries whatever benefits might result for them?

The elephant in the room is this: If say the US goes into depression or even 'just' recession. The rest of the world will follow.
