According to information provided so far, he had that CDL for almost three years and was employed without getting into any accidents yet supposedly can't read traffic signs.

It doesn't add up; I think we all need to take a breath and wait for more facts to come out. There's criminal charges and supposedly investigations of why he was granted a CDL, so eventually the truth should come out.

One thing we know for sure: Indian immigrants' "culture" doesn't disqualify them from driving in the US like the OP and several other of AJ's moronic posts suggest.
