@Mott-The-Hoople saidThat and how well off your tribe is from casinos, mine is well off, the chief is always flying around in his private jet. The higher degree you are the more you qualify for, my medical is free, including dental, vision, mental health etc., it is also great for my monthly meds I get mailed. This is only good at our own clinics and hospitals though which is hours away. If they don’t offer what is needed done then they cover it wherever, or if a serious emergency and you can’t make it there it’s covered.
