Fair points.

Are those laws still in place?
Then why does the situation continue?
Racism doesn't end just because there are laws combating it. Rape and murder still continue despite laws against it, right?

The situation continues because just like with rape and murder, there are still people who try to get away with it.

We cannot discuss something if you just assert it exists without proving each and every instance. I understand that it is easier to say that it is hidden, then show it exists but that is clearing just assuming your conclusion.

Yeah, I was really just posting out of frustration.

I posted a mere hypothetical from Trevor Noah where being denied a loan for a racist reasons would be hard to prove. Then Sh76 and Quack go on a rant about me assuming racism and demanding proof...for a hypothetical. So if they're this crazy over a mere thought experiment, what if there actually was an institution cove ...[text shortened]... g openly racist, that could result in more problems then when people know it's wrong to be this way.
Yeah I’m sure black people get turned down for loads of positive life events based on the colour of their skin and I can’t imagine how frustrated that must make a person.
I don’t understand why, in this day and age, these sorts of transactions can’t be done blind in terms of profile other than our financial history and financial stability going forward as far as that’s Predictable.
I get the cathartic aspect of people just being honest though.
