Is that because the Russian conventional military is too weak to continue for long and they are being forced to use nuclear weapons in desperation?
Russia has said it would only use nuclear weapons in response to an existential threat. A USA orchestrated coup would meet that criteria.

The only reason for nuclear war is retaliation for an enemy nuclear strike or a conventional threat to your own physical survival.

Then why is your hero Biden still building more? He obviously does not agree with you. Russia will nuke the west because of a first strike advantage. The have hypersonic missiles so they can take out foreign nukes before they can be launched.
