That solves nothing, because of regardless of where they were, their stated goal is the killing of Jews. The 1948 borders were refused and they made war. Regardless of what you give these people in terms of land, they have stated that they eventually want ALL of Palestine and there will be no Jewish state there. There is war regardless.
