Joe Rogan is powerful

Debates

So many people tune in to Joe Rogan it is impressive. He even seems to be a threat to the corporate news media. The result is he is being attacked by Neil Young, Howard Stern and the Surgeon General. They are calling for censorship of Joe Rogan.

As usual, people are accusing Rogan of spreading misinformation. None of them will specifically say what is the misinformation because they cannot. They are losers who cannot prove it, so all they do is gaslight like many people do on here to me or anybody else who questions the BS narrative from the corporate news media.

The more idiots who attack Joe Rogan the more people like him and his popularity is soaring because of it. Thank you idiots.

They have said what the lies are:
- ivermectin, for example.
- mass formation psychosis, for example.

And Rogan is only powerful with the retarded community of complot thinking right-wing conspirators.

As for the rest of the planet? They’ve never even heard of him.

What about them? Ivermectin is a lie? Are you claiming that doesn't exist too?

Seriously. All you can do is twist words and meanings around to suit your little rabbit hole.

Ivermectin exists. Yes it does. It’s not a treatment for covid that works.

And you know perfectly well that’s what I mean. Either that or you are seriously as thick as you sound.

"It’s not a treatment for covid that works. "

That is an opinion. Opinions do not prove misinformation.

The corporate news media has a problem an it is a big one. Joe Rogan is too powerful and they hate it. 😆

It’s not an opinion. It is scientific fact: tested, weighed, measured and found completely lacking.

Yes there are enough loons out there for Spotify to pay him 100 million of their Earth dollars, not sure that they’ll be legal tender on planet DUH.
It’s a pity that his first name wasn’t Josh so we could formulate a theory about him switching his name around and that he is actually a very tasty curry that has become semi sentient.
Enjoy being mugged off by another millionaire MB.

Joe Rogan is part of a deep state, black flag operation, to test the pervasiveness of the Dunning Kruger effect. Sort of a lightning rod to gauge terminal stupidity and determine whether or not a second Trump presidency is actually required to unhinge the masses enough to be led into the anarchic dystopian apocalypse so many of them clearly desire.

I like Joe Rogan's podcast and have been listening to him long before the pandemic. His podcasts usually have a nice relaxing vibe about them and he usually displays an open mind when interviewing guests.

Rogan promoting Covid information is quite unfortunate. He always came across as more thoughtful than that.

As a follower of Rogan's podcast, I can tell you all that he's not the right-wing nut we've gotten used to on this forum. He's always been an even-handed type of host who always seemed to weigh both sides of an issue, and always made sure to hear what his guests to had to say. He's also an okay comedian.

That said, I don't know much about Rogan outside of the podcasts. I don't know what kind of Twitter posts he makes or what kind of statements he's made in public outside of his show. Maybe because he has a deal with Spotify, he's more careful what he says on his show. But I don't know.

What I do know is that he is friends with some of my favorite comedians, like Bill Burr and Dave Chapelle, both of whom I respect for the talent as comedians and the honesty they project during their shows. Rogan is tight with great comedians, and those same comedians seem to respect him.

Obviously, Rogan is wrong about ivermectin. But he should not be lumped in with the Jimmy Dores and Steven Crowders.

Rogan, along with Tuckyboo,
take their absurd, outlandish
ideas all the way to the bank,
much the same way as we continue
to entertain these KOOK inspired posts.

Rogan's actually not outlandish, at least as far as his podcast is concerned. I think he just became badly misinformed regarding Covid.

But where there's smoke there's fire. If he's like this about ivermectin, that could indicate he subscribes to other looney right-wing ideas.

I don't know. People can buy into some right-wing ideas without going full-retard Republican. Jim Carrey is an anti-Trump, pro-gun restriction liberal who has been attacked by Fox News. But Carrey is also anti-vax. I think Rogan is similar; he's not necessarily liberal or conservative (from what I can tell) I think he just happened to be led astray but some Republican ideas.

Perhaps, I contend, however, that an anti-vaxxer
stance is more likely to attract an audience. As it is with
the girl that likes 'bad boys,' it is simply more entertaining
than espousing Dr. Fauci's factual dogma.

That is bull crap. If that was true there would not be ongoing studies to determine the effectiveness of ivermectin. Some studies have already shown ivermectin to be effective.

You are spreading misinformation. Stop expressing opinions as facts until the ongoing studies have concluded.
