The post that was quoted here has been removed(1) Intersex people, having elements of both genders, know themselves which gender they are meant to be.
(2) I believe medical approval for this in the overwhelming majority of cases should not be given.
I have not been asked to make any laws on this, and I would not presume to govern over others without being invested with some authority.
Just as such, while I would personally want to roll back divorce laws incredibly, and ideally divorce could exist only in circumstances of abuse, adultery, or abandonment, I do not think it would be appropriate for me to legislate that for the whole of a society in which I am in the minority.
So, TL;DR:
I wouldn't illegalize it if I had the power because I do not have the mandate.

I don’t disregard peoples genuine concerns regarding the issue I’m just sick of Phobes using it as a stick to beat the transgender community with.
