Yes, I agree that sports leagues can make such decisions. Courts, laws, school policies, churches, etc,
But please, however, forgt the rules, officials, and politics for a moment. Imagine she’s your 15-year-old daughter. Would YOU personally consider it fair for her to compete in a girls-only swimming race against a 15-year-old biological boy? I’m asking for your opinion not the officials.
