Nothing is ever 100% on these things, but I'd call the odds that it was a failed Palestinian rocket that hit the hospital something like 99%.

Israel bombed another hospital and this time they admit they did it. They claimed there is a Hamas bunker under the hospital. Where is the evidence of that?
