And sure, as an atheist I treat all religions the same. Both Islam and Christianity should be packed away in a box and long forgotten. - That said, I recognise that the vast majority of Christians and Muslims don't want to kill non believers, and neither are in a religion of hate. (Excluding the extremists).

The US doesn't have an NHS. Unlike the UK's NHS, which covers all residents for free at the point of use, the US system leaves millions of people without health insurance. Didn't you know?

What if I plucked one sentence from the Bible (say, 1 Samuel 15:3: where God commands the Israelite leader Saul to destroy the Amalekites completely. The command says to spare no one, killing men, women, children, and infants). - Would that one sentence fairly sum up the Jewish or Christian faith of today?
