From this comment, it appears you have no idea what you're talking about. There are lots of John Smith's but there are not very many who are registered to vote in the same voting district and share the same birthday. From there local election officials verify manually. Read the paper I posted, this type of voter fraud is taken very seriously and quite rare.

Read the paper I posted. There are lists of these things that can be easily cross referenced. It's definitely knowable how many dead people are voting.
