I fully expect them to totally fuuk up Social Security, I worked a fuuking HALF CENTURY and now get a bit over 3K a month and would not be the slightest bit surprised to find my next check half of that which would mean I will literally be in the poor house, losing everything, unable to pay for my wife's AARP insurance that pays most of the 80% medicare pays and then we will have medical bills in the tens of thousands because her health is very poor.
But of COURSE you totally believe him when Trump says he won't touch SS or medicare.
Doing peace talks in Saudi Arabia with not a single Ukrainian is not the way you conduct peace talks. What is going on right now is just Russia and US divvying up what each of us get out of Ukraine, Russia keeps ALL of the territory it took over in the war, Ukraine gets totally screwed and now Trump says UKRAINE started the war AND Zelenskyy is a DICTATOR, poor pols and no elections, when in fact the pols say Z is above 57% in the polls, higher than Trump EVER was or is.
And you keep defending every 'policy' decision, saying we will be hurt in the short term but will win out in the long term.
So tell me how that is going to work when our taxes go so low basic governmental services will be no more or Trump turning his back on ALL of Europe in spite of our alliances going back to world war two.
Europe is in total shock at all this reversal, Trump now clearly in Putin's pocket, saying the things Putin has been saying for years.
You best wake up and see what PERMANENT damage is being done to the US and after he is through there will be LITERALLY decades before we can recover and probably 50 years before we can heal the rift with Europe, who have been our friends for a century.
