But I don't think "Queen of Canada" is a title in the same way as Queen of Scotland is. There is no Canadian Royal family, there is no Canadian crown.
If the UK nations became republics would she still be Queen of Canada?
(Incidently there are still parts of the United Kingdom where she is not queen - {that's your next wiki challenge} ..)
