I do agree with you for once that the White House is done fine for many many years and does not need any additions. If it’s too crowded, they can have two separate parties.

If he lost the presidency last November he would have pretty much lost ALL of his business empire, for instance he could not keep paying the monthly premium on Trump Tower and that would have gone into default and go down as business failure # 10.
But he used the power of the presidency to cur favor around the world and now he DOES have a multi billion dollar deal going, which when he is no longer POTUS he will screw THAT one up as well.
