apologies for my harsh tone..it wasn't intended. With all the atrocities going on in the world I just really can't understand why a woman using her breasts for what they were intended for whether in public or not should even be up for discussion.

Well, I think if I was sitting next to some chickie and she flopped one out and said, "Taste this. I've had some mastitis and I want to make sure this isn't curdled before my little sucker-snookums clamps on." I'd probably find that offensive. But, as I said, in 67 years that hasn't happened to me.
Reminds me of an article in the local newspaper about some mothers squirting their milk at other people in a pub. Some people didn't find that very funny.

LOL! Now that I would probably find offensive, in an exciting sort of way. It would probably depend on how long I'd been in the pub. Long enough and I'd likely be inclined to squirt back

It's a normal, natural and health for baby thing. Peoples attitudes will change and it will become more accepted as time goes on.
My wife nursed in public situations and never once exposed herself to anyone besides the baby. Most women just whip out the old feedbag and plop it into juniors mouth, without using a blanket to screen the gawkers. Is anything wrong with modesty in nursing??
