No worries. You'll note that Duchess and I are as far apart politically as any other two frequent posters, but s/he comes off as very well educated and knowledgable, with an upper-class writing style, and a credibility that comes from having experienced many of the issues s/he writes about firsthand. We may disagree, but his or her viewpoints are informed and well thought-out.
