Not all conservatives are the same (thank god) and some are worse than others.
In terms of Debates:
The bottom tier - Those conservatives who add nothing of substance whatsoever; those who just make derisive comments. They don't engage in debates, they just troll and leave. These could include posters like R to D2. There's actually been a lot posters like this, but they're usually quickly forgotten. They never make much of an impact on RHP and usually get banned.
Low Tier - Next up are the conservatives we're used to around here: the Breitbart-loving types who refer use terms like "mainstream media" to refer to normal news outlets that aren't far-right propagandists. The Whodeys, Fishheads, RJ Hinds kind of posters. Those seem to be the most common type around here. Many or all of them are virulent racists, make uneducated posts and endlessly recycle often-debunked arguments; they love to indulge in conspiracy theories.
Mid-tier - These conservatives make more intelligent arguments, but can still display the racism and other negative traits of lower-tier conservatives. Examples may include people like Philokalia.
Upper tier - No racism, no conspiracy theories, no links to sumdumbass.blogspot.com, just normal, intelligent debate. Sh76, Joe Shmo....Philokalia could be in this list if not for the racism.

For example, I am in favor of much stricter fiscal responsibility than American conservatives. I favor not only no taxation without representation, but further, no tax without a plebiscite; if Congress says yea and the public says nay, the nays have it. That's practically off the scale to the political right, limiting federal power to levy taxes.
On other issues, such as abortion and gender-fluidity, I say the fed. has no business regulating people's private lives, polyamorous bedroom activities, and bodily functions, so long as only consenting adults are involved. Call that conservative or liberal or libertarian or responsible anarchist, I don't care what label you put on it.

Am I a traitor for simply abiding by the Constitution, and promoting freedom and independence? Liberty? Self reliance? Am I a traitor for wanting govt to NOT do what they are trying to do? Punishing the successful? Walking up to my front door and asking me if I have done something illegal? This is happening, but libs such as yourself comment NOT about such troubling issues of the day?
