Reading tea leaves during jury instructions is always hazardous but:
The jury around noon asked for the first 6 pages of the judge's instructions which contained the self defense portion and the homicide charge for the killing of Rosenbaum. Importantly, if the jury finds Rittenhouse acted in justifiable self-defense, then it must acquit on ALL charges.
But then arou ...[text shortened]... the slam dunk acquittal most have anticipated. Then again you never know until the verdict comes in.
