@no1marauder saidIt's the jury's opinion that matters (unless the judge overrides it), but I can have an opinion too.
That's up to the jury, not you.

@no1marauder saidYou're just quibbling over the word "large."
I know there were some riots.
I know there were acts of arson during them.
I also know that "large portions" of cities were not "burned to the ground."
If "large" means as a percentage of the cities, you're right. If "large" simply means many buildings and areas, you're wrong.
The damage chronicled in this article seems pretty darn extensive, though obviously doesn't amount to half of the Twin Cities.

@sh76 saidNo, you have to Mind the Mob. Like in Suzianne’s post re Atlas Shrugged. Dagny Taggart wants to do her own thing. But, libs hound her to do their thing.

Does that even make sense? Remember we are bantering with people who say rich people should pay their fair share (they already pay over 50%… That in itself does not sound very fair )….but libs never say what that should be.
They will not venture on exact number, because on the face of it, if you pay 40% , and I pay 50 or 60%, that is not fair to me. They must chew the hell out of their pillows.
@averagejoe1 saidI was just posting a comment on that little place between your numerous (silly) analogies and your reality where you have created your own delusional little paradise from which you spill all your nonsense into this forum.
Aweww, Man, You deflect as do Suzanne and marauder. So you cannot respond to my common sense of going into a safer place than a bar full of strangers? That, it might be worthwhile to invest in a private club for safety sake. You see what good it did Rittenhouse, to go where there was no privacy.
The issue, please?
Other than that, I have no comment to offer to the subject matter of this thread.
I'm waiting for the final word from your justice system.
@sh76 saidNot a "quibble" at all.

It's a right wing propaganda point to greatly exaggerate the scope of the damage while also falsely attributing it to a non-violent organization that tens of millions of people marched in support of.
There was extensive damage to small areas of certain metro areas, but nowhere were large segments of even those areas "burned to the ground." So you and the other right wingers are repeating an obvious falsehood.

How does it feel to be so persistently ignorant?
@no1marauder saidYou missed my note above, that Granny Plum no longer has a grocery store or drug store.....maybe no gaming venue or pool room. Marauder, lets go visit her and ask her about her 'town'. Geez. Hell, I would imagine she has never been 3 blocks from her house. Her town, is leveled.

@no1marauder saidI got to the phrase above, 'non-violent' and just set this-here computer down, some things are just too much. And of course, void of avenues of response.

@no1marauder saidAnd you've never made a judgment on the guilt or innocence of any person unless you were in the jury box?
The jury was there for all the evidence, the closing arguments and the judge's instructions.
You weren't.
I'll remember that next time a Trayvon Martin-type situation comes up.
@no1marauder saidso the subject is libs supported by dems burning US cities and you jump to worldwide? LOL moving goal posts much?

@mott-the-hoople saidThe article gives an estimate of 20 million Americans having marched in support of BLM.

The conversation was actually about right wing lies, like the whopper you told in your latest post.
