So, having a social democat run New York isn’t going to have much of an impact. In other words, you’re panic whacking your joystick over nothing again.
As for utilities, the way they’re run now in the US isn’t serving the population. Proper checks and balances are needed. And if private companies fail to comply, just nationalise them and get an educated government department to sort it out.
