The Conservative Right believes it is a Child before the abortion Takes Place!. That is the rub, is it not? So we first must resolve that, and also agree that an unborn child may certainly inherit, and then come up with the answer to the original question!!!!! Can the govt rule that she is breaking the law while drinking when pregant.......which raises the question, what if she is drinking in her locked bedroom, ......who will monitor that? Of course, it is not good to drink while pregnant, a given. Problem is, conservative people worry about government telling people what to do, while liberal people proffer government control....that is the problem. Govt once told gay people to not sodomize. Was it the business of the government? Will liberal people ever draw the line? Will the government someday tell me I cannot cook a hamburger in my backyard?
