@averagejoe1 saidLooks like none of you fellers wanted to respond to this simple question? Sue slipped away, after she brought it up. My question was first, your response first, then i will answer yours.
So Sueshe says that when she is being paid to work, that the employer is making money off of her back. If there are slaves doing the same job in the other building, not being paid, is the employer making money off of their backs?
Every employer then, makes money off the backs of those who work for them, being paid employees or slaves?
Sorry, I can't get my arms around this one.
Is paying someone to work in my factory making money on backs of others?
A slave works in the factory too. Am I making money on his back?
@kevcvs57 said? There is certainly mention (tax/spending clause?) of taxes in constitution, but not mention of a progressive tax system. So, you imply, and are correct, that the word progressive is not in there. So your point?
Well I suppose an outright lie is a kind of argument but it’s not a very effective one.
Show me in the constitution where the prohibition of a progressive tax system is laid out or try to come up with an actual response to my post.
@kevcvs57 saidHMMMMM. I just went through pages 4 and 5 and find no post to respond to, Kev. You are all coming off the rails. TDS is drowning you all.

Let's see that not-post for me to answer.
@averagejoe1 saidHey, Sonhouse. I asked you earlier, if you live in a town of 1000 people, and 515 of the citizens do not pay town taxes, do you agree with this system (Wildgrass calls it Progressive), where 485 people pay all of the expenses of the town?
I guess you know that when illegals get work permits, they will work for peanuts and our blue collar class will have to work for lower incomes to stay in the game.
You would not know this, but as all free money (See my avatar) is paid out, 49% of our populations will be supporting the rest of the population. Would you be OK if your town was set up like that? Where some neighbors are paying to support the majority of the citizens? Sonhouse?
Anyone please answer or respond, Sonhouse does not respond when he has no comeback. He would NOT agree with it, but will not say that he will not agree with it. Shav does that a lot, we are not getting solid discussion on the thread.

@wajoma saidHomeless tent costs 44k per year.
"One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back."
Edit: Haha, I forgot to add, that's not for 1000 tents, that's per tent.
@wajoma saidCertainly all of this plays into the plans of liberals. Bankrupting the country to begin anew. This becomes more obvious every day. And I also believe that Biden is simply a sacrificial lamb,,,,,they threw him out there to flood the border, garnering more future votes... they knew they would lose in 2024 for doing so. But it was worth it, because in 2028 and thereafter, they will own the USA.

@AverageJoe1
You seem to be talking to yourself a lot here. I won't deal with hypotheticals since that would never happen, show me a town where that actually happens half pay nothing.
