I wouldn't trust any government website to have the full, unredacted version available, not during the Trump Administration, not even the GPO.

Search on unredacted full text Mueller Report pdf on Google.

Common Cause has it, as does CNN. Download and read using your computer or phone, it should be about 40 pages.

Michael Flynn was not only caught communicating with a Russian ambassador during the election but was convicted for lying to the FBI about it. Several people in Trump's camp were convicted for lying to the FBI about their Russian contacts.

Moreover, the conclusions of the Mueller Report were later confirmed, indeed some aspects were even worse than what Mueller uncovered, by an independent bi-partisan Senate committee chaired by a Republican. There cannot be any doubt that Russian agents meddled in multiple U.S. election cycles, that the Russians acted to influence the 2016 election in Trump's favor, and that members of Trump's election committee had personal contacts with Russian agents.

Pregoshin boasted that he was involved and that he continued to meddle in U.S. elections after Trump was in office.

Trump quashed all further attempts to investigate this, claiming that the Mueller Report 'totally exonerated him.' It did no such thing. Mueller, testifying before Congress, pointedly said that he had no authority to indict a sitting president; that the appropriate mechanism was impeachment. Congress failed to take the ball and run with it.
