That form is for changes to the original permit granted in June 2024.

As your own link shows, there were no plans for a "parade" certainly not one involving thousands of troops with tanks and other AFVs.

As usual, the left narrative is full of it....the Army applied for the parade in 2024 and it was approved by President Autopen, Trump had nothing to do with it:

So THAT explains why there were SO MANY empty seats,
Could it POSSIBLY be because they don't like Trump?
And the FIVE MILLION who protested, I wonder how much they paid each one of those protesters? 10,000 bucks each? Fifty billion? I wonder if that was all cash or maybe vouchers?

I saw a bit of the parade on the news.

Glad to see they had the tanks mostly immobile along the parade route, instead of motoring the whole way ripping up the streets of DC. I saw the opulent viewing stand for His Majesty and guests, even though there were NO seats along the route, people could not even bring their own chairs and ZERO amenities such as water stands or po ...[text shortened]... where they were giving out free bottled water. A great Saturday outing, despite the crushing heat.

This is why I don't agree with people who say the US should be consistent. Because if it were more homogenous, it would end up being consistently BAD. Fewer of these nice days like I had Saturday.
