When a POC is considered for a job, any job, why does your mind immediately go to 'they have no merit for the job'? Have you ever considered they are the 'best qualified'? No? Why not?

Do any of Trump's Cabinet members "have merit for their job"? No. They were jammed into them only because they look white.
