The recent remarks about the internment camps came in reference to a question about whether or not the person would have an opportunity to have their case heard by a judge before being sent to Alligator Alcatraz.

This lieutenant in Indiana said there would be no due process because we did not afford that to the Japanese after Pearl harbor. These places don't get called prisons in America if people are in them with no determination that a crime was committed.
