Literally no one in Ohio filed a complaint with the city. The was one report that circulated, but it turned out to be a hoax. I don't understand what logic would lead you to think it was a rampant and widespread problem with no evidence other than that your fuhrer said so.

Look at the town size before and after and how all services were extremely taxed. Look at what I post above on numbers of people/countries and who eats dogs and cats and like it. Now add in all these people and no food hence walking down the street with ducks from the park but a dog no way says you I and my family will just have to starve!
