Could you ask your lawyer if our Constitution applies to citizens of Ubangi who have never been here, have never heard of the USA? Never used a tape recorder made in the USA, you get my drift. So since you agree due process is the bedrock of democracy ANY democracy around the world, why do you not bitch at the top of your lungs when Trump REFUSES to even CONTEMPLATE due process when he FKING KIDNAPS individuals BASED ON SKIN color and now 170 AMERICAN citizens caught up in that POS so called policy and no end in site, TOTAL RACIAL PROFILING. One example from a recent arrest of an actual American citizen working in construction, arrested, harassed TWICE at two different construction site, they targeted ONLY brown skins, they didn't look twice at whites. As far as I know there are just as many bad dudes with white skins than browns and white skins can also be illegal immigrants but those ASSSHOLE ICE agents, our own GESTAPO could care less about due process TOLD to do that by Trump and his minions.
