Spain still controls the Basque regions, the UK still controls Northern Ireland, France controls Corsica, we control Guam, the Virgins and the Marianas, China controls Tibet and the Uyghur regions, etc., etc.
Really the only distinction is that Israel hasn't formally annexed the WB and Gaza. As for "well, then they'd have full voting rights" tell that to the Uyghurs in Xinjiang. Even many US territories don't really get full voting powers.

Virtually all those countries have made clear they would formally recognize Israel if and when it reaches a peace agreement with the Palestinians granting them a State. Many, like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, already have extensive commercial and even intelligence sharing ties to Israel.
Your insistence that all Muslims want to exterminate every Jew is a deranged fantasy.
