Without responding to all of that, because it seems like total nonsense and experience tells me there is no hope of convincing anyone they are wrong about anything on this forum, I will simply say it is amazing how completely opposite the left and the right see the world. This may help, Sleepy guy. Start with the very basic premise of 'some peope work harder than others', and go from there.
Say 100 guys in a town work real hard and earn big money, it is theirs, they put it in the bank. It has nothing to do with another 100 guys who do not work so hard, make bad choices, etc, and at the end of the day, see what the worker-guys have done.
So the second group goes to the town council and asks them to _______________(please fill in the blank). What do you think they ask them?
Seriously , let us entertain the Forum with a simple discussion. We can get deeper, more fun, but please, just this ONE premise, can we discuss it?

Admittedly, some simply like Trump policies more than they do socialistic policies, so they vote the policies. You are a bit late on the scene, did you know that his administration*** is being allowed to push an agenda to pay the tutition loans of college students? Just an example. That is why one should vote for Trump. Policies. Controling the border...did I mention that? You need to read the news.

You have ZERO answer to that except some puking mewling 'it must have been a bad bill' so tell us why it was not even allowed DEBATE In the house if it was so bad?
Trump said he stopped it because he did not want Biden to get ANY credit for helping our side of the border so 20 billion NOT sent to our guards and judges there.

You say, everything I listed is what Biden is doing... can you elaborate? These would be my responses:

Step 1: Use threats of violence to gain power. Biden has never threatened violence. If voted out, he will not try to stay in power.

Step 2: Consolidate power. Biden has made no attempt to consolidate power by firing the civil service and replacing them with lackeys. He is not monkeying with the FBI or DOJ or interfering, even on behalf of his son.

Step 3: Demonize a group of people and establish a police state to round them up into detention camps. Biden has not rounded anyone up. He wants to straighten out immigration policy which, since the 1940's, has allowed people to claim 'asylum' in the US. This policy started because of incidents like this: "...in June 1939, the German ocean liner St. Louis and its 937 passengers, almost all Jewish, were turned away from the port of Miami, forcing the ship to return to Europe; more than a quarter died in the Holocaust."

Step 4: Jail the opposition. Biden has not jailed anyone for opposing him. The DOJ and the Courts act independently under Democratic Presidents. People who trespassed on the capitol grounds have been punished, as they should be.

Step 5: Undermine the free press. Biden hasn't done anything to the press at all.

'Small d' democracy means We The People voting to decide what happens; or voting for representatives* who vote on what happens instead of having leaders decide what happens.

*(yes, a republic - a distinction without much of a difference)

'Big d' Democracy is much more than that. 'Big D' Democracy encompasses 'small d' democracy (We the People voting on stuff) but goes on to include enumerated powers outlined in a Constitution; a bill of rights; a Constitutional Court to interpret those rights; a military that is ABSOLUTELY subordinate to civilian authority; separation of powers into different branches of government; and checks and balances so that no one group gains too much control.

Believe it or not, if I have a choice to play golf, or to sit down and review the history and the latest goings-on in the congress, when I have elected representatives to Do That For Me, I will play golf.
I do NOT know why Trump stopped the bill, but since I am for what he does day in and day out, the 'why' of it all is not important to me. Yes, I would like to see the border cemented up, and maybe 2 years from now, make a big opening for immigrants to enter our country legally.
Note that you never present your thoughts about the hell at the border, they are bringing in diseases such as TB in, due to their life-styles.
So,,,,,,WHY, oh WHY, (as you like to ask me). Why don't you reognize that the 'Bill' you speak of would not even BE there if Biden had not created the horror.
