I'd like to see you prove your point. Even then, you may only be referring to specific factors such as possibly biaised polls and local concerns versus global concerns.

as much as would like to see your president Bush on trial i doubt it will ever happen

unlike Nixon, I doubt he broke any laws and although morraly he's as guilty as it gets he started the war with the consent of the Americans who did vote for him the second time

but the initiative is nice if enough people start shouting at him perhaps a difference could be made

By the way, your figure of people voting for Bush (60.6M) amounts to 20.5% of America's population (296M) and 0.09% of the world's population (6,429M).

The voice of opposition is growing louder. I refer them to the opening post in this thread.

Oh, gotta disagree with that there, truckie...he really is quite bad, but his poll numbers are dropping so historically low that he's just not going to be effective this term. That election was an election that only John Kerry could ...[text shortened]... guide whatsoever, be swept out of power in next year's midterms.
Why not do your bit to help make it even more of a likelihood and follow up the first post :-)

Bush isn't going anywhere and neither is Tony Blair. And all the spamming and whining isn't going to change that. They are doing what we elected them to do, and a poll or a spam-fest isn't worth a pile of beans.

Referring to the first post, the plan is that on Wednesday 1 June 2005 the international public will speak with one very loud voice that will continue to echo around the world !

It just needs people like you to add yours on that day !

That election was an election that only John Kerry could have lost. The irony is that George Bush is uniting the country, but he's uniting the country against him and the real ...[text shortened]... ood, if history is ANY sort of guide whatsoever, be swept out of power in next year's midterms.
I believe that's the same rubbish we heard from like minded folks right before the election....

Oh, no they don't. His poll numbers are at 44% and dropping, and this is before the summer drive season kicks gas prices up to $3 a gallon. There's definitely a leadership vacuum. No question. It's like 44% approve, 39% disapprove, the rest undecided. That's ridiculously low. He sucks and America knows it. This was froma a month ago:

Gallu ...[text shortened]... 69%.

Nixon, 1973: 57%.

Reagan, 1985: 56%.

Clinton, 1997: 59% .

Bush, 2005: 45% .
As far as polls go check out STANG's post regarding such...which way do you guys want it?

polls good...

or

polls not so good...
Let me know when you figure it out.
