First, Trump’s remarks don’t actually amount to “AI has no risks.” In the very passage you quoted, Trump says, “we have to be a little bit careful” and “we have to do things prudently.” So you quite the dismissive portions but give muchless weight to the qualification immediately following them. Yes, of course thats the whole point of the thread. Even if the president is correct, he can't even answer basic questions about it and completely undermines his own case because he rants like a self-centered lunatic about how high IQ runs in his family because his uncle works at MIT.

It does not appear that they have any concrete plans to address the national security threat posed by AI on our utility grids, military infrastructure, or businesses who rely on confidential data (e.g. hospitals and banks). They are on their own.
