It makes no sense that the government should fund people who took loans to pay for college and not reimburse everyone who paid tuition whether by loan or not by loan.

I am asking why should student loans be repaid but people who paid tuition without taking loans also be reimbursed for the same educational payments they made.

Furthermore, the government gives deductions because it wants to encourage certain activities that has value to the government. Maybe instead of complaining you should do those things. We'd all be better off.
