A person who slaughters innocent defenseless people is a madman. Tell us all here that he is not a madman. Have you seen these vacant-faced people on TV? They look just like us Americans, they are very smart, sharp, quality family people. Losing everything. Murdered by a man whom you say is normal (the opposite of mad, I think). They all speak English, for god sakes.. ...[text shortened]... I saw you on the front row, didn't raise your hand. It just ain't in you. Said it and I'm glad.
This type of ranting and raving is a waste of time to read.

The only thing that is important is ending the war and you are devoid of any ideas how to do so.

I have no idea if Putin is a "madman" or not.
Then you have been living under a rock for the last two decades, and your opinion is worthless.

Sometimes when the leader of a democratic country tells the People what he will not do, it is unavoidable that other leaders will hear him.

Biden telling the American People we're not going to send troops to get into a war with Russia over Ukraine fits into that category.
You suggest that the requisite secrecy of war strategy, shall we call it, should be broadcast to the citizens of a country. So, we should have kept the citizenry apprised of the Manhattan Project??
Why will you not say good point, Avjoe, you got me there.

Naa, you won't say that. As I have said before, it aint in you.

Regarding the query of this thread, (why not other debts, like medical bills).... The Jikmmm person told us that other debt, like the med bill.,, can be erased with bankruptcy, no need for government forgiveness. He failed to grasp or explain to us how one can have regular assets, tools for his work, motorbike, whatever, and go over to bankruptcy court and get his med bill erased, all the while hanging on to everything else.
That is impossible, of course, but why do libs leave incorrect premises hanging, never come back with admission of said incorrect statements?

You really don't know what you are talking about. Almost all the things you mention can be retained even after a discharge of debts in bankruptcy: https://www.thebankruptcysite.org/bankruptcy-exemptions

If you can't see the difference between the decision to go to war (which the Constitution entrusts to Congress) and "war strategy", then you are an even bigger fool than I thought.

Your "point" is moronic.

Should the citizenry have been daily updated on the Manhattan Project? Are you dancing?

So a guy can go to bankruptcy court to erase ONE debt, and keep his other belongings, assets, savings accounts, cash value life insurance, car, house .... What a laugh. I've wandered into that court before, acted as Trustee in a few cases, and it was rather peaceful. Why wasn't there a line around the block?!?? You really can dance. You and Jester, dance partners.
Read your link, a bit far-afield of what Jester was saying, given the title of this thread. Exemptions are everywhere in the law, but you will have to send me a link showing a case where someone was rocking along in a normal life, car, house, all that, and he gets real sick and incurd a $300,000 med debt....some pills cost $1000/day. So when it is all over, you go to bankruptcy court and they will erase your bill, everything else remaining the same. Like I said, why is there not a LONNNNG line at the court?

You should just admit you were wrong; it is quite possible for someone to discharge a very high medical (or virtually any other) debt in bankruptcy and retain the assets you mention (at least up to the rather generous exemptions available in most States).

In some states, not all, they CANNOT
take your home when you file for bankruptcy.
Florida is one of 'em....TRUMP moved there...........Hmmmm

You are both right of course, but jimmm did not present it that way. His writing is writing with which i am not familiar, so excited or something, cant figure his zeal. For the record, it reeks of lib penchant to suckle at govt tit, taxpayer money, thus losers. You two take that as a win, got excited myself, jousting with loser positions!
Jimmm, where do i send my check? Are there more than one parasite, I’m a bit short, what with market losses!
