This is quite true. A black person was screaming on a train, a white man ask him to (shut up?] and black is carrying a knife…, wonder if it is similar to the knife I carry, and the black stabs the gentleman. Gentleman calls him a N——- , can you imagine that. Court case ensues, the bearded black is released into our streets, because the white gentleman had differentiated himself from the person of a mindset to stab people.

PS. The crime had already occurred, the comment had occurred later. Go figure. If black had stolen the gentleman’s car, an hour earlier, would the judge have ruled the same ?
