And in pretty good shape.. but i have a beer belly! There isnt any fat on me, im the kid who eats loads of rubbish and annoyingly doesnt put any fat on. But beer seems to be having its way..
So, how do you get rd of beer bellies? obviously ill cut down on beer, but im pretty sure that although the name suggest its just beer that causes it, it isnt just beer. I do a fair amount of excercise, but would more help?

Be careful about eating sugars. Fructose etc. And very starchy foods like potatos, french fries and that sort. They are instantly converted to sugars. The sugars are what are converted to energy when needed and if not used right away they get stored as fat. In a nutshell.

(i'm now 10 stone...😞)

lent came along, and i gave up my ales. but nothing happened! so this summer i'm aiming to get fit again and loose him. i did 20 press-ups this morning!

Would a switch to spirits help? It'd also be cheaper, iv been drinking a lot of beer for a few years and built up quite a resistance, so maybe spirits would get me drunk faster, and also not add to the beer belly?
Im doing a 10k run sunday, so that should help πŸ˜› would have been better for me with training though.. a one off run shouldnt do too much.. especially as we're going out getting lashed after πŸ™„

No fat on you? That beer belly isn't really made of beer, you know.

The stomach is the main place fat is stored for men. Stop living in denial; you've already taken the first few steps to male obesity.

some people are just meant to be sloppy fat and blubber-bellied, deal with it.
