If you had not heard, you now get 30 recs instead of 10. So the "rec count" thread was mildly successful, it's a start. There are apparently ideas being tossed around for something similar to a rec count, but based on participation as well. We shall see. It's a start, and thanks to those who supported. Thanks for listening Russ.

bring back rec count! in a society without currency there's no way to measure the success of an idea.

(No, that's not a serious suggestion. I almost never used up my ten wrecks, so I can't really imagine needing more than thirty.)
