Sorry to burst your bubble Rochade, but the forces of Islamo-Nazism are not motivated by a "wealth gap," "social justice" or even U.S. foreign policy (as evidenced by the the 17 home-grown Muslim terrorists recently apprehended in Canada). Their religion compels them to violence. Consequently, they are at war with Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Zoroastrians, animists and pagans. They don’t get along with any of their neighbors in the Middle East, southern Russia, Africa, Western Europe, India or Southeast Asia. They can’t even get along with other Muslims who have different views. Indeed, the forces of Islamo-Nazism can not be negotiated with, nor can they be appeased, as Canada, England, Spain and Holland have found out to their dismay. The forces of Islamo-Nazism can only be killed. God bless America and our men and women in uniform!

This is a forum so people write their opinions, it's not that difficult. And it's not surprising that some opinions will make more sense than others. What about yours?
In order to determine the truth of the matter most civilized countries support the idea of a trial with a jury of your peers. You are generally considered innocent until proven guilty.
Fine, if we want to abandon that procedure in any particular instance then our principles are not strong enough and we just don't have the stomach for freedom and justice.
It's no wonder that a bunch of people who consider themselves at war with us are happy to sentence us to death without trial too.

EDIT - Just saw your other post in Debates.

War isn't pretty, but not all enemy soldiers can be tried in a court. This has nothing to do with civil liberties for freedom and justice.
