Nope. He just used the word incorrectly to label stuff he didn't agree with. He also used the word "sealioning" in the same way and for the same reason.

Ironically, shen he was bandying the word "sealioning" around over and over again, he himself was "sealioning". Just as he was "gaslighting" when he was misusing the word "gaslighting".
