Ask her if she knows the difference between sex and a hamburger. If she says no, take her to Burger King.

So I just came back from this leadership conference, NYLC. The whole thing was fun and I learned a lot, and at the end there was a dance. Usually I'm the kind of person who's too shy to ask a girl to dance, but I got the nerve to ask this one pretty girl to dance, and at the end of the night she gave me her name and number, and when we got back home we friended each other on Facebook. So now I want to start a conversation, but what to say or ask?
Ask her if she thinks you're an idiot for asking this question on RHP. If she says yes, she's smarter than you are.

But dude, you got the digits, you're fine...I mean, what to say after that is the easy part - it's facebook it shouldn't be too hard, the conversations are never groundbreaking there.

BTW: NYLC sent me a big package (This choice of words is intentional and I refuse to change it.) asking me to visit there, it seems like it would look nice for colleges but I think I'd hate it.

you could always ask her about the thing you have in common-the conference! although be wary of sounding to geeky...

Just be yourself, dude. Don't look for advice from others, it was you that she liked enough to give her number too, not us.
Best advice anyone could give you IMO.

The best advice found here is huck, Evil Pawn 666 and Ice Cold.
There is truth in these posts mate, namely be yourself, as she was attracted to YOU in the first place.
Now, sic her Rex! Hurry up, off you go!
You've let enough time to pass!

Agreed, don't listen to anyone who tells you to act a particular way or try a particular line. Just be yourself, talk to her in the same way you'd talk to any of your female friends, if there's a relationship in there it will rise up naturally. Be cool daddio.

As a female I think that you should just be yourself. She obviosuly likes you as she wouldn't have given you her number. She is probably stressing now thinking will he/ won't he call. Just be confident in yourself and call her to arrange the next date. 🙂

Damn, people, abeejnood (or whatever the name is) is a 12 year old
boy, don't tell those Kit Kat things and whoper and this and that...

Ab... ask her out to a mini golf match. Fun, relaxed, fresh...

No movies, no dinner, and especially NOT a lot of e-Chat...

And lots of phone conversations... she must become used and then
addicted to the soothing ring of your voice*

* Only applicable if your voice and accent is like Tom Jones 😵

Something lighthearted seems like a good idea.
