Deal with it, or suck it up you big baby.

I never said beat him up, that was the other option besides "confront him". Walk up to the guy and resolve the issue, no violence need be used. If you can't do that, maybe you need a good beat down yourself, and maybe the problem isn't the other sociopath 😛

Yeah....suck it up, why you wanna beat me down now ???

...[text shortened]... r care[/i]

hmmm, the voice has gone now. It comes and goes, but it's usually accurate.

You do realise you asked for advice ? what else did you expect ? If he's gaurenteed to attack you, then maybe you should evaluate things like ...witnesses, how much jail time you are prepared to do for this guy, can you take him, does he have friends around.....

You have to understand that i work with angry people all the time, and if you know you can not resolve the situation without violence, then you must be aware that you are making the decision to fight when you approach him, so decide, then prepare, then if you really have to...run in and kick him before he gets a chance to see you (don't stop till he can't get up)😛

Try this one... Go out in the garage and scream and kick some empty boxes around. Don't break anything of value. That's what I did when I fried my motherboard.

Don't forget to swear a lot... throwing the boxes helped a bit too.

P-
Try a sledge hammer. I find that a eight pound sledge hammer can hit things very hard. You can break a part of yourself such as a toe when you start kicking something.

Not with stamp kicks you cant, i suggest a stamp kick to the leg, followed with a good old "Row z" punt to the face....if you break your toe, you didn't come prepared, you wouldn't wear high heals to an ice rink, surely 😛

a Knee to the nose does just as well, but that's a bit up close and personal, so beware of knifes.

I stomped a spider one time and a sharp pain shot through the arch of my foot. I found that i get a lot of my frustration out with a sledge hammer. I broke a chair and dented the Frigidaire when I hit them with my person. A sledge hammer on some concrete works well. A anvil my work but it might be a bit noisy for the city.

If I am that angery at a person I am more likely to shoot the person.

My friend got a new baseball bat, and asked if we could try some techniques out (self defence). As he walked towards me with the bat raised i ran at him, grabbed the head of the bat and fiened a smash in the face which startled him a lot. He bleated out "i'm not ready yet", at which i replied...."what were you intending on doing with it, hide it under your jacket till i you got to me ?".

A sledge is ok if you're on WWF or something, or if you have the total element of suprise (and maybe your opponent is a retarded gimp, or something)......not not good in real situations i'm a fraid.

oookaaaay.

You're obviously typing your posts from prison, or you are a proffesional hitman who doesn't mind typing in public forums....or maybe a plonker, the court is still out.

You left out that I have never been that angery at a person.
