He's been sending unsolicited PMs to multiple recipients.

This is surely a bannable offense and I demand the moderators take punitive actions against him.

I can only make 10 PMs a day to prevent spam, yet here we have a subscriber doing the same without recourse. This is unacceptable.

Perhaps you could strengthen your case by presenting a little evidence?

What kind of malicious content was sent to you, and how many copies of the PM were you sent?
Also, how many other users have been targeted in this fiasco?

He sent me and (potentially) hundreds of others a malicious message accusing me of having a distaste for a certain member of this community. The reason behind this PM is clear now. He was attempting to stir trouble. To be a bee in my bonnet, so to say. It is clear from his past actions that this user is nothing more than a troublemaker and if he is not disciplined soon, who knows what kind of chaos this forum could fall into? Soon we will be insulting dying women and shouting racial epithets towards each other (like Jap and Chink and so many other hurtful words).
