banned player

I have a general question about [a] player[s] who are banned from the site. Who decides that? They're gone without a possibillity to contact them. Is it clear why and when people are banned and is there something like control possible? Or is that the privilege of the owner of the site?

Also, be known that...

Only the Admins can make a final decision on a removed player from the site. Game and forum mods can not, they can only suggest they be removed.

In fact, using site feedback anyone can suggest a user be removed, if they have good reason.

Thanks sicilian smog: it is good to discuss this matters; and in one thread ofcourse, beacaus as you said everytime when there are new banned players people have questions.
