I'm not experiencing "fulfillment" (opposite of "frustration" but too many letters) and "curiosity" has too many vowels. I can think of lots of words, like "satisfaction" (too many letters and vowels), but like I said I'm running out of ideas... if it really is a [b]daily need that should narrow it down considerably.
